1. Handmade Product Variations
  • Every product we sell is individual and handmade to order.
  • Items include tote bags, XL scrunchies, makeup bags, zipper pouches, kindle sleeves, wristlets, and laptop cases.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our items, minor variations in stitching, pattern placement, and sizing may occur.
  • Fabric colors may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen due to monitor settings.
2. Order Processing & Production
  • All items require a standard processing time of 3 to 5 business days before they ship.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to fabric unavailability or errors in pricing.
  • If your order is canceled by us, we will issue a full refund immediately to your original payment method. 
3. Shipping, Rates, & Delivery
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
  • For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.
  • We currently only ship to valid delivery addresses within the United States.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Edith Handmade & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Once a shipment tracking status is marked as "Delivered," our delivery obligation is complete.
  • If a package is missing from your porch, you must file a claim directly with your local postal carrier.
  • If an item arrives physically damaged, you must email support within 48 hours of delivery. 
5. Return and Refund Policy
  • Because our products are handmade to order, all retail sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect device size selection.
  • Please carefully review all listed product dimensions before completing your checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
  • All text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs on this site belong to Edith Handmade & Co.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our website content without explicit written permission.
7. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
