Thanks so much for shopping with Edith Handmade & Co.! Every piece is handmade with love, and we want you to love it too. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
• Sale and discounted items can be returned under the same terms.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items — like our handcrafted totes — are created just for you and are final sale. They can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at edith.handmade.co@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please report any problems within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the item. We'll replace the item or refund you — your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
